We provide a prompt, professional and reliable service with training courses running every week at our training facilities in Eden.

We also offer onsite training, as well as group booking options. These options give employers the advantage of being able to choose the course dates that are suitable for you and your employees.

Because we specialise in a few core industries and work at all levels of the organisation from operators to CEOs we have an intimate understanding of workforce issues and have developed sound relationships with key stakeholders.

We concentrate on developing a training program around the client’s specific goals and tailor workbooks, activities, assessments and projects accordingly.

We can also assist client organisations by developing and delivering short one to two day courses aimed at workplace management and performance in areas such as team building, supervision, time management, conflict management, communication and coaching skills.
