About This Training Course

The managing by project:practitioner Training Course trains participants to the National Competency Standards for Project Management
Level 4.
It provides a thorough background into what is meant by project management and the central role it plays within the modern organisation. It spans all phases of a project from concept through to close-out, covering the roles and responsibilities at each stage, management of project stakeholders, development of communication plans, and effective management of team members. Particular attention is paid to the development and maintenance of project documentation including project plans, network diagrams and work break-down structures.

5. Apply the processes of project administration

Session 8 Close out phase
1. Explain the steps of closing out a project
