About This Training Course

State Training Services understands what is required to be an effective member of a team, and the time it takes to gain and maintain your first aid skills.

Fast Aid recognises your current competence allowing you to focus on gaining and maintaining practical skills fast, without having to attend a 1 or 2 day course. Trainer-led, sessions are also available for your organisation if you require a more traditional approach.

Blended Approach

1. After receiving your username and password, log in to the Online Learning Dashboard at www.stselearning.com

2. Choose what you want to learn and when (or if) you are confident of your current first aid skills, go to the theory assessment.

3. Once you have achieved 100% competence online you attend a 2 hour practical skills workshop

4. This workshop allows you to focus on refining life saving practical skills and review relevant theory"

Training Course Outcomes

At the end of this Apply First Aid Elearning Assessment Training Course participants will be issued with a Statement of Attainiment for the nationally recognised unit of competency from the Health Training Package, HLTFA301B - Apply First Aid, HLTFA201A - Provide basic emergency life support, HLTCPR201A - Perform CPR.

Prerequisites

Current Apply First Aid certificate or certificate previously know as Senior First Aid that has not expired.
