The Cert IV Trainer and Assessor Training Course is an 8 day to face to face Course delivery of the packaged 10 Units of Competence for the full TAE40110 qualification.
The 8 (Eight) days of face to face training program has been designed specifically for clients who have a high level of knowledge and skills within their industry area but have limited or no previous experience in Training and Assessment.
This Cert IV Trainer and Assessor Training Course; will cover the following subject:
Day one:
• TAEDES402A: Use training packages and accredited courses to meet client needs.
Day two:
• TAEDES401A: Design and develop learning programs
Day three:
• TAEDEL402A: Plan, organise and facilitate learning in the workplace
Day four:
• TAEDEL401A: Plan, organise and deliver group-based learning
Day five:
• BSBCMM401A: Make a presentation
Day six:
• TAEASS401A: Plan assessment activities and processes
• TAEASS301A: Contribute to assessment
Day seven:
• TAEASS502A: Design and develop assessment tools
Day eight:
• TAEASS403A: Participate in assessment validation
• TAEASS402A: Assess competence
There are no Prerequisites for this Cert IV Trainer and Assessor Training Course.
