Students enrolling in this class should have the following: Experience in reading and analysing outputs from scheduling software such as Microsoft® Project; Experience in managing projects; Project Management fundamentals.
This workshop is aimed at participants who have mastered the planning process, are experienced with all aspects of the discipline, and are now looking for ways to develop their execution and control skills on larger, more complex projects.
