CANCELLATIONS BY YOU
More than 10 days notice: If you cancel your booking, and advise us by e-mail, fax or letter, more than 10 business days before the scheduled date of the program, we will refund 75% of the fee originally paid.

10 or less days notice: If you cancel your booking 10 or less business days before the scheduled date of the program, we will be unable to refund your fee. (As you will understand, as we will have already committed to pay conference venues and for catering orders.)

CANCELLATIONS BY US
In the event that the program is cancelled by us, your fees will be refunded in full within 10 business days.
