This Certificate IV in Disability (CHC40308) Online Training Course will cover the following subjects:
Successful completion of this course requires the fulfillment of 14 units of study: ten compulsory units and four elective units.

Work Placement Program
• Once you have complete 10 units of competency, we get information from the student on: • Their availability during the week. • Where they live
Then we work with the student to organise the work placement beginning with organisations closest to where students live and calling out from there until we find a place for you*
Please Note: • Sometimes it might take as long as 2 weeks to secure work placement for you. • It might not always be possible to secure for your work placement in the suburbs where you live but we shall do our best to get a suburb as close to you as possible.

These sessions are held the first Saturday of every month and are designed to be as convenient and flexible as possible.

Delivery Method
Blended Face to Face and Online Learning Our face to face learning is delivered in our offices which are located in Glen Waverley, St. Albans, Dandenong and Brisbane. Classes are held at a variety of times so as to be convenient and flexible for busy people. All our students have both face-to-face and online learning available for them. Our assessments have all to be submitted via our Blackboard Online Learning System except for special circumstances where we accept manual submission.
We have revolutionized the process of learning, learn and submit assignments from the comfort of your home and receive assistance from our qualified trainers and assessors and I.T staff, either through email, chat line, live classes or give us a call.
Entry Requirements
The requirements for this course are:
• A written/online application form • A language literacy and numeracy assessment
Language, Literacy and numeracy Assessment:
Prior to enrolment in a Certificate IV in Disability (CHC40308) Online Training Course, students, will be required to complete a Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) Assessment which will be completed upon application. This assessment is used to determine the student’s level of language, literacy and numeracy required to complete the course or whether the student requires additional support.
The outcome of the LLN test will determine whether the student is suitable for enrolment. Students who are assessed as not having the required level of language, literacy and numeracy skills will be referred to external support networks to work with them on skill development in the required area/s. Students can apply for enrolment again once they have developed skills in that area.
