About This Training Course

"Mandatory for anyone wishing to work in the gaming area of a licensed venue in the state of NSW. This Responsible Conduct of Gambling Training Course deals with the skills and knowledge requirements for responsible conduct of gambling under State/Territory legislation. All staff working in gaming areas of hotels and registered clubs are required to complete this Responsible Conduct of Gambling Training Course.

This course is VETAB (NSW) and NSW Casino, Liquor & Gaming Control Authority (CLAGCA formerly LAB) approved. (Taken from Industry National Competency SITHGAM006A - SIT07 Tourism, Hospitality and Events - Certificate III in Hospitality)

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

ALL Responsible Conduct of Gambling Training Course transfers incur a $30 administration fee. Edway Training requires a minimum of 24 hours notice for all re-booking and transfer requests. No refund will be given for any Responsible Conduct of Gambling Training Course cancelled or re-booked less than 24 hours prior to the start date.

It is in the participants best interest to arrive ten minutes before the scheduled start times as students WILL NOT be permitted to attend a Responsible Conduct of Gambling Training Course that has already commenced. These Responsible Conduct of Gambling Training Course fees are non-refundable.
