About This Training Course

Current legislation requires operators to be trained and operate a forklift in accordance with AS 2359.2. This Forklift Operation (LF) Training Course - 1 day is designed to provide participants with the sound understanding and knowledge required to enable them to operate a fork lift truck safely.

This one day Forklift Operation (LF) Training Course - 1 day is designed for participants who have had previous experience in operating fork lifts.

The Forklift Operation (LF) Training Course - 1 day Plan is based on the Unit of Competency within the Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF):

UEPOPS201A - Comply with Occupational Health and Safety Policy and Procedures
UEPOPS228A or MNMG238A - Conduct Forklift Operations
WorkSafe Western Australian Certification

Training Course Outcomes

At the end of the Forklift Operation (LF) Training Course - 1 dayparticipants will receive a:

Statement of Attainment (LF) - Nationally recognised Work Safe 60 day interim certificate, Certificate of Competency will be issued by Work Safe within the 60 day period.

Other Information

Work Safe will issue a Certificate of Competency within a 60 day period. Certificate fee - AUS$50 per person (Darwin) and AUS$76 per person (Perth).
