About This Training Course

During this 2 day Managing People course, participants will be able to explore the fundamental principles and strategies for managing people and apply their enhanced skills and ideas to real situations, learning not only from the course materials and exercises but also each others’ experience. Participants will develop a plan to achieve a better work environment with increased co-operation and productivity from individuals and the team.
