The Faciliation Skills Training Course (2 day) is the key to working collaboratively with other people. Whether it be heading up a committee, teaching people, leading small or large groups or teams, facilitation is the key to creating buy in, generating participation and empowering people.

If we want to enhance group effectiveness, get others to take responsibility and guide people through discussions without taking the lead or overwhelming them with content, facilitation is a necessary skill. It is the action of learning how to manage processes while leaving the content to the participants.
