During this Conflict Management Training course participants will gain the knowledge and skills required to analyse the issues and address many workplace conflicts constructively and ethically. The program uses a combination of theory, small group discussion and case studies. It features hypothetical workplace case studies where participants learn by working together to resolve the situation and getting feedback from peers. This Conflict Management Training course will provide participants with the knowledge and skills to ensure that conflicts are handled professionally, respectfully and sensitively. An example of a conflict they have been involved with can be brought to the workshop and solutions/options will be offered (All issues will be dealt with in confidence).

ABOUT THE TRAINER: Susan Leeming
Qualifications: Master Of Business Administration (M.B.A.) Bachelor of Education. Certificate of Gestalt Therapy Counselling.
Experience: Susan Leeming is a business consultant, specialising in management of conflict and sensitive people issues. She also provides training in communication and interpersonal skills, and lectures in Organisational Behaviour at Post graduate level. In addition, Susan is a professional mediator, having mediated and advised in a variety of conflict situations.
Following a career in the education sector where she held roles as school principal, educational consultant, trainer and project manager, Susan completed an MBA, a counselling qualification (Gestalt Therapy) and a professional mediator accreditation. Since then she has consulted to various businesses within the private and government sectors, focusing on the development of people skills and assisting with resolving difficult people issues that impact on business performance.
