About This Training Course

<b>Certificate III in Retail Training Course</b> provides the skills and knowledge for individual to be competent in a range or activities and functions requiring basic retail operational knowledge and limited practical skills in a defined context. Skill development revolves around sales, merchandising and customer relationships.

Training Course Outcomes

Students will receive <b>Certificate III in Retail SIR30207</b>, Nationally Recognised.

Prerequisites

Students must currently be working in a retail position whether full-time or part-time.
English - reading, writing and understanding skills.
Students must demonstrate basic retail skills, knowledge and understanding through a CV, current job description or interview.

Other Information

Students are required to attend one-on-one training sessions on a monthly basis on-the-job .

Students will be assessed through workbooks, assignments, and demonstration of skills and knowledge as well as on-the-job observation.
